What You'll Experience:

1: The Science of the Heart: Learn about the science and research behind the intelligence of the heart and heart coherence. We will discuss different scientific findings that prove that the heart is actually more intelligent than the brain.

2: Benefits: Learn about the benefits of unlocking your heart's wisdom and discover how it can help you access your life's greatest potential and improve all areas of your life.

3: Techniques For Daily Life: Learn and practice two quick techniques created by the HeartMath© Institute that have been scientifically proven to connect you to your heart in a simple and efficient way.

4: Shamanic Journey To Your Heart: Take a shamanic journey to connect to the spirit of your heart to receive information that will support you. Alexandra will guide this journey with the use of a hand drum and her voice. There will be time for journaling. No experience is required for this. 

5. Discussion and Q + A: Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, and have an open discussion about what was learnt.
